Appartments too small compared to previous appartment we stayed in 1 year ago,other guests payed less per night but did not stay half as long,we felt ripped off,booked 12 weeks in advance & requested ground floor appartment & on arrival finding ourselves on the first floor with a balcony rail that our 1 year old son could fit through,reluctantly manager shifted us to the ground floor,the inconvienence of having to repack-unpack on first day,we also thought for cot & highchair hire is ridiculosly expensive considering you could purchase both of those second hand for less than that & in better condition than your stuff,on the last night we decided to go for a quick swim,the pool vacuum hose was floating on top of pool disconnected from pump,i decided to pull hose out as not to damage the hose while swimming,not long after the male manager came down & arrogently accused us of disconnecting the hose,i tried to explain but he would'nt listen.
As a result we wil not return to CGA.
