A group of us attending a conference on the Gold Coast found this accommodation ideal. Close proximity to the venue, easy walks along the beach, great sunrises. The two bedroom accommodation was large and comfortable. Air conditioning was in the living area only, fans in bedrooms. Apartment appeared to be undergoing final stages of a renovation so some construction dust was in evidence, especially where attempts had been made to clean up.
That aside we found the apartment good value, well appointed and well positioned. Communication with the separate off-site agency handling the booking and key pick-up was difficult. We were to contact them as we approached the Gold Coast to arrange pick-up but there was no answer to our calls or text messages, frustrating for visitors. On arrival at the pick-up location the duty staff had not been advised of our arrival, but fortunately our details and keys were found.
The staff there were very helpful. Overall we would use this accommodation again.
