Good security block. Friendly staff. Very clean and tidy. Large living space. 2 good pools (inside and out), sauna, spa, tennis court, BBQ area, 50m from the beach. 15min walk to broadbeach, 20mins to cavill Ave. Our apartment was on the north side of the building so although you could see the ocean, the views were somewhat blocked by the larger apartment block directly opposite. The other 3 units on the same floor had good / better ocean views (unobstructed); mind you we did have sun on our balcony all day which warmed the unit - it was nice and light.
I would strongly recommend staying at this location. The weather was very warm 27 -30 degrees most days (11day stay) - no rain. Warm at night, no need for jumpers, cardigans or long pants.
Lots of shopping centres in close proximity - Harbourside- factory outlets, Oasis, Pacific fair, Australia Fair & Surfers cavill ave. All the theme parks. A trip to the Hinterland (Springbrook) was worthwhile - rainforest walks with waterfalls. Jupiters Casino have great buffets. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. The daily walks along the beach was fantastic.
