These apartments are located walking distance to surfers and are great for budget family accommodation. the pool and spa are lovely. The cleanliness of the apartment was a dissappointment. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom was brown with dirt and the balconey off the main bedroom was very neglected. The bedside lamp was broken and glued back together. there was a mould spot in the master bedroom wardrobe where the ensuite shower must have leaked at sometime but it loks as though this has been fixed.
Overall I guess we got what we paid for. It was great to be able to cook if we wanted to or go out and the receptionist was very helpful with information on what there is to do and how to get there.
I would maybe give them another try if we were going to be staying a while in peak season. Maybe it was looking a bit neglected as it was winter.
Heaps to see and do but take your money! Mount Tamborine was beautiful and worth the windy drive up there. Harbour town with its factory outlets was great for shopping and the theme parks are great fun.
