We stayed on the 52nd floor so had fantastic views, but when we arrived we found that the very large and heavy glass door to the ensuite was completely off its track and unable to be closed or opened (it was leaning against the wall), a lot of the furniture was very dusty and the legs on one of the couches were broken. Also the carpet could not have been vacuumed before we came. 800 is a lot of money for one nights accommodation and I have to say that I don't think I would rush back.
