Unfortunately there were some dissapointments by all. The cust service we received was not up to std. We found the receptionist very rude when checking in and when asking for a another key to the room. As there were 3 couples1 key for the room was not satisfactory so when we asked for a spare he was very hesitant in giving one but to his better judgement he did in the end. We were also told that there was to be no music after 10pm.
We had some music playing around 8pm - we had sec visit our room to quiet down. We were very angry at this request as we considered our group to be very supportive of the properties rules - Our group are aged btwn 26-34 so we expect to be treated like adults not school kids. We stay down the gold coast at least once a month for a wkend away from Brisbane and we thought we would try somewhere new.
Trilogy please work on your customer service and you may see us back there but for now we will definitely be returning to our favourite Mantra Circle on Cavil.
Gold coast is always a great place to visit - not only for the shopping but for the surf as well.
