Rooms where nice, customer service was awful... would never go back again.

The customer service was awful! Never before have I come across a place so rude. They required a 300 bond cash or credit, this we were never told of this previously. I offered my credit card details so if there was a problem with the room they could use that as a bond, this I thought was fiarly normal however they said they wanted to take the money out of my credit card and then when the room was checked it would then be transfered.

I have never heard of this before and did not want them taking 300 out of my credit card. We offered to pay the 300 on our eftpos card and taking it directly from our savings. We were then told we could not do that and we will need to go and get cash. We got the cash out for them and we would be able to get it back in the morning. When we checked out we were then told couldn't give us our money back they would have to transfer it.

They were rude, they told us the wrong information so many times. We left extremly disappointed and annoyed!
