We enjoyed this accomodation so much we are coming back next year!

The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. The thing I liked the most was the quietness of the room. Having stayed at Surfers before in other apartments you hear a lot of road noise not with the Legends it was so quiet. The Kingsize beds are very comfortable and another bonus. This hotel is in close proximity to the heart of Surfers and you can easily get to places like Pacific Fair The Casino Theme Parks and Southport by the excellent public transport system at the doorstep.

The Legends Seafood Buffet is a must. The best we have had and we are real foodies.

We love Surfers Paradise. It is clean and fresh and full of activities for young and old. Whilst we are not beach people we love walking along the boardwalk that runs the length of the beach. The Friday night market is fun and Surfers Paradise is transformed into another place with stall holders tents and the amazing wares they sell. Surfers is a shopaholics delight. The acardes and strip shopping are great.

You will never go hungry is Surfers. There is so much choice. Personal favourites are Billys Beachhouse great food reasonably priced and drinks a plenty. Friendly staff. You can easily sit there and watch the world go by whilst taking in the beautiful views of the beach. The Legends hotel seafood buffet is a definate and is reasonabky priced for what you get. Montazumas Mexican is like being in Mexico the attention to detail in the restaurant is very well done and the food is very tasty and filling.

You can get an all you can eat buffet breakfast at the Surfers Paradise Lifesaving Club for 10 dollars a head. This consists of cereal, bacon, eggs, toast, pancakes, tomatoes, baked beans etc. You could fill up on that and go all day if you wanted to. You can't go to the Gold Coast and not go to the Theme Parks. We still love them We may not go on as many rides as we used to but still get on the tamer ones such as the water rides.

However I did go on Jet Ski Rescue thinking it was tame, it is not but all the same a great thrill for a few seconds. The tigers at Dreamworld are beautiful and the handlers are very approachable and knowledgeable. While at Dreamworld make sure you do Alien Vs Predator Vs Us. This is great fun and brings out your competitive side. The Gold Coast is a great place for people of all ages. You can do as much or a little as you like.
