The private unit was not serviced well, not even a catering pack of milk or a shower cap; information regarding access to secure carpark & parking location was scanty & as the basement parking serves 3 hotels specific info is required to locate the correct lift to access the unit we were not supplied with this & consequently spent 40minutes in the basement moving the car & our belongings. The carpets were heavily stained, kitchen floor was sticky & a small lounge fan was filthy.
I felt disadvantaged because we were not serviced (at all) or by the actual hotel. I felt the stay would have been great had we booked through the hotel.
Surfers was great for holidaying, shopping eating out very lively and vibrant; we were able to leav ethe car and walk to most places.
