Property was small and the appliances were either not working or quiet old eg TV was 15 years old dishwasher didn't work. I had to mop the floors the first day as they felt sticky and grimey. Very noisy inside noise coming from the apartment building constant air con noise even when the interior unit was off.
Fantastic location right on Caville avenue QLD good food locations just below us and Coles.
