Was not impressed at all about the treatment at this property. Previously stayed in self contained apartments at Circle on Cavill but never have I been in one like this.
When we arrived we only receieved one key which was a hassel during the stay because you couldn't go anywhere if someone else had the key. The dishwasher was still filled with dirty dishes. The exhaust fan in the kitchen didn't work so everytime we cooked the fire alarm went off. Exhaust fan didn't work in bathroom. No light on balcony. Didn't receive any complimentry shampoo, conditioner, soa, dishwashing powder, washing machine powder, dish cloth or bin liners.
The vacuum cleaner barely worked and it smelt really bad when used.
The bed in the main room was absolutely terrible and there were no extra blankets or pillows to use.
Gold Coast is great!
