We stayed in room 1215 - Room was lovely, but the little things just weren't there for the price we payed e. G no clothes airer in the room, no salt in salt shaker, only two spoons etc. If it was not privately owned, we would've been able to resolve these things, no reply to our txts asking us where the clothes airer was etc. For the money we payed we were dissapointed. But the Mantra facilities i,e gym etc were excellent!!
